What is Agape?
Agape is a generalist artificial-intelligence assistant for everyday life: work, study, understanding, writing, analysis, organisation, decisions, current affairs, personal life — and the life of faith. It is coherent with a Christian vision of the person and, when a question calls for it, it can bring in a Catholic perspective grounded in authoritative sources.
What can I use it for?
To make sense of a document, write a letter or an email, prepare an exam or a presentation, summarise a text, have a current topic explained with its sources, organise a day, think through a difficult decision. And for Scripture, prayer, the liturgical calendar and the Magisterium, in a dedicated space inside the same app.
Does every answer talk about religion?
No. On practical and professional tasks Agape adds no religious references: a contract is analysed as a lawyer would, a letter written as a professional would. The Christian perspective is offered where it genuinely belongs — moral, human, social and spiritual questions, life choices — and it stays an offer, never an imposition.
Is it an artificial intelligence?
Yes, and it always says so. Agape never pretends to be a person: it is a tool at the service of the person, with limits it recognises and declares.
Where do the texts come from?
The texts of the faith come from official sources and are reproduced word for word; paraphrases are declared as such. The Bible is offered in public-domain translations.
What happens to my data?
Your conversations are not used to train public models, and your data is encrypted. Photos you attach are analysed for that single request and are not stored.
How much does it cost?
Today you can start for free on the Base plan, which has declared daily limits. Plan and pricing details are being finalised and will be published here.
Which devices does it work on?
Today in the web app, from the browser of your phone, tablet or computer. The App Store and Google Play apps are coming.
Which languages does it speak?
Seven: Italian, English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, German and Polish. You can switch language at any time in the settings.
Does it replace a priest or the community?
No, and it does not want to. Agape gives no sacramental advice and, whenever a human being can help you better, it always encourages the real encounter: a priest, a guide, your community.
How do I start?
Go to the web app, create an account with your email and ask your first question. That’s it.
